Items that are considered dangerous, prohibited, or restricted cannot be exported from Indonesia using DPay.
Customs Authorities in both countries employ strict measures to monitor each item processed. The list below is not a comprehensive list but a list of common items that you cannot send using DPay.
We reserved the rights to advise you that the products are not accepted for import while the list did not specifically indicate the limitations. Where appropriate, we will contact you to discuss and agree on an appropriate action to take; use reasonable efforts to return the item to merchant at your cost; or dispose the item in any manner we deem fit without being liable to you, if a re-direction is required, additional charges are applicable for such re-direction.
Prohibited Items
Prohibited Goods are those goods for which importation and exportation have been completely banned for reasons linked to health, environment, protection of endangered species of flora and fauna, security, legislation, etc. We want to ensure that your shipping experience is safe and compliant with legal regulations. These items are likely to be detained by Timor Leste Customs Authority, and you may also be liable for anything from a financial penalty. Prohibited goods may include, but are not limited to:

Restricted Items
Restricted Goods, which are also sometimes referred to as Controlled Goods, may be imported or exported provided that you have the necessary authorization/permits. For example, you can import certain medications, but you may require the appropriate permit from the Ministry of Health before doing so. Restricted goods may include, but are not limited to, certain types of:

Example: Lithium batteries, dry ice, perfumes, sprays and aerosols, paints and varnishes

Example: Food, perishable items, organic and industrial waste, plants and seeds

Example: Vehicles, furnitures, agricultural equipments.

Example: Jewellery, precious metals, antiques, arts, gemstones, currency.

Example: Live animals, blood and urine sample, dead animals, animal fur, human organs and remains.
